Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing & delivery time

Orders ship within 1 business day (processed within 24 business hours), Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery takes 2–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship Standard for a flat $7.99. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take a few hours to update.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If the item you received is incorrect or arrived damaged, email info@solbeautiful.com within 7 days of delivery. All other sales are final, and items that have been used, opened for testing, or swatched cannot be returned. See our refund policy.
