Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Every order is packed and shipped from the United States.

Processing & delivery time

Orders ship within 1 business day (processed within 24 business hours), Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.

Delivery takes 2–7 business days after shipping.

Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship Standard for a flat $7.99. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking & invoices

When your order ships, we email you the carrier, tracking number, and the line items we packed. Tracking usually appears within a few hours of the label being created.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If the item you received is incorrect or arrived damaged, email info@solbeautiful.com within 7 days of delivery. All other sales are final, and items that have been used, opened for testing, or swatched cannot be returned. See our refund policy.
